The memorial is dedicated to the fighters Trofimos Koulles (Τρόφιμος Κουλλές), Panayiotis Tsaggaris (Παναγιώτης Τσαγγάρης), Sofronios Sofroniou (Σωφρόνιος Σωφρονίου), and Vaggelis Georgiou (Βαγγέλης Γεωργίου). The initiative was taken by the “Anagennisi” association, the Germasogeia Municipality, and the families of the dead. The unveiling took place on July 28th 2002.
